Artist Statement

Far away two galaxies collide,  the stars and gravitational fields and matter unexplained - and yet Earth-side, and given a Hubble view, I see a heart and think of love.

A galaxy can be seen as massive and immutable, but they are breakable, as is the human heart. Embedded in the swirls of stars, we can read the command (or is a plea?) - "Harm no one"  Wise words, and yet below the collision is the whisper "batter my heart with your broken dreams."
