CelebrateWhat beauty in the skies and in all the land around us, what radiance in the hopeful faces that surround us. This is the season when we gather to beat back cold and fear, we can address our misunderstandings and embrace each other with good will. I enjoy the lights –we human love to gaze at twinkling lights, from indoor candlelight to gorgeous multicolor displays outdoors. Here in New Mexico, we are blessed with a combination of the two – placing candles in weighted bags to make little lanterns, farolitos, to illuminate our perimeters and provide a joyous welcome to travelers. I enjoy music – especially when I can hear it live. But I love my favorite recordings as well– I listen while I work in studio adding to works in progress. I have found that Simplicity is key for me in enjoying the delights of the season, and so I will keep this blog post short and simple. I share two popular collages that pique interest at this time of year. My newest – "Snowy starry night…" and "Lady of Peace". (Both are available as a giclée print – just send a note to express your interest.) Stay healthy, love the ones you love, and create Peace in your home. Love and peace, Deco
